Important Notes:

• Our charter is not a party boat; guests must follow crew instructions for safe navigation.

​

• Guests must be on board by the departure time; late arrivals will not delay departure or return.

​

• If bringing your own food, it must be fully cooked; please specify what you are bringing. We will not warm food brought by guests.

​

• Onboard beverages are limited; alcohol may only be consumed after reaching the destination.

​

• Smoking, nudity, and use of controlled substances are strictly prohibited on the vessel.

​

• Wildlife sightings, beach access, and snorkeling are not guaranteed and depend on conditions.

​

• Charters are not canceled due to rain; no refunds for early returns, seasickness, or weather.

​

• Open flames, candles, or sparklers are not allowed on board.

​

• Dinghy use for ferrying passengers is prohibited.

​

• Offensive or vulgar music is not allowed on the vessel’s Bluetooth system.

​

• Standard Janise Sailing Day Charters are shared; private charters are available upon request.

​

• Cancellation policy: full charge for cancellations within 5 days (120 hours); 20% charge for cancellations 5+ days in advance.

* To speed up check-in, all participants must complete the **Participant Agreement Waiver Form** online.

​

* Share the waiver link with everyone in your group.

​

* Each participant must click **YES** and check **ACCEPTANCE** on the form.

​

* All waivers must be submitted before arrival.
